Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Berlina Institute, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. By enrolling in any course, you agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation Before Course Start

Students may request a cancellation before the course starts under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the course start date.
  • A refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees.

3. Cancellation After Course Start

Once the course has started:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Students are not allowed to transfer their registration to another person.

4. Missed Sessions

Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be compensated. It is the student's responsibility to attend scheduled classes.

5. Course Rescheduling

Berlina Institute reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule course dates if necessary
  • Merge groups or adjust timings

Students will be notified in advance in such cases.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests in exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the management's discretion.

7. Payment Refund Method

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
